Arranging limo pick up at Toronto's Pearson International Airport
Airport security procedures prohibit us from waiting for you at the airport. Please observe the following procedures for meeting your Oakville Limo Bus at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.
For Terminal # 1 arrivals (download terminal 1 layout document) make your way to Area D1 on arrivals level.
For Terminal #3 arrivals (download Terminal 3 layout document) make your way to Post 29 on arrivals level
At each of these destinations, you will find a gentleman wearing a white cap (Commissionaire.) Provide him with the name under which the limousine was booked and inform him that you are to be picked up by an Oakville Limo Bus. If the Commissionaire does not have your reservation information, please call our office immediately to speak to the dispatcher (555-555-5555).
Late Arrivals (past midnight):
Past midnight, the Commissionaire may not be on duty. If that is the case, please call our dispatcher immediately at 555-555-555.
